Urgently looking for an experienced HR professional coupled with an extensive exposure of INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS Function to oversee activities including but not limited to Factory recruitment, leave & attendance, payroll, employee relations, outsourcing of contractors’ labor, agreements/letter drafting, dealing with Union (CBA) & dealing with labor department(s).
The ideal candidate must have relevant experience of handling HR / Labor related issues at the Factory / Plant, in any reputable process industry along with excellent communication & computer skills with working knowledge of labor laws / service agreements.
