Looking for an experienced and dynamic
professional for the position of Deputy
Manager / Sr. Deputy Manager (Exports) for our Marketing Department located at our
head office in Clifton, Karachi.
The incumbent will be responsible to drive international
business development and export sales growth of cement by identifying new
markets, developing new customers, building long-term business relationships,
and converting international market opportunities into business. This is a
purely business development-focused role for cement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and develop
relationships with international importers, distributors, traders, construction
companies, and other potential customers.
- Generate new business opportunities
through market intelligence, customer mapping, industry contacts, digital
channels, trade directories, and international networking.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline
of prospective international customers and cement business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to assess market potential, customer requirements, and competition, pricing, and market trends.
- Maintain regular reporting on market developments, customer pipeline, new opportunities, negotiations, and expected business closures.
Qualification
& Experience
- MBA Marketing
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in export business development of break-bulk / containerized commodities (cement or non-cement).
- Proven track record of developing new international customers and markets is highly desirable.
