Looking for resources to fill Junior Officer / Officer (01 position) in HR to be based at our Plant located at Sakran, District Hub, Balochistan.
Candidates should have an BBA / BPA/ B.Com from a highly reputable business institution / University.
Furthermore, On-Job Management training in some large sized national / Multinational Organization would be an added advantage
Candidates must have hands on experience of involvement in General HR Operations in large scale manufacturing setup including dealing with New Joining / Orientations, Performance Reviews, Employment Benefits, Management Training Program, P.File Records, disciplinary procedures, EOBI/WWB etc.
Finally, candidates must have suitable analytical, communication and computer skills
Other prerequisites are as follows:
