ACPL is presently engaged in the manufacturing of Ordinary Portland Cement, Sulphate Resistant Cement and Portland Blast Furnace Slag Cement under its registered brand “Falcon Cement” in 50 Kg bags or in bulk.

Besides producing Ordinary Portland, Sulphate Resistant and Portland Blast Furnace Slag Cements, we are committed to enhancing product diversity and supplying specially formulated mixes to suit customer requirements.
Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC):
Complies with Pakistan Standard PS – 232/1983; British Standard BS –12 – 1958 ; and American Standard ASTM C-150 Type I
OPC is used in all general construction especially in major prestigious projects where cement has to meet stringent quality requirements. It can be used in concrete, mortars and grouts etc. OPC is compatible/consumable with admixture/retarders etc. OPC is manufactured from Portland Cement Clinker and Gypsum.
Sulphate Resistant Cement (SRC):
Complies with Pakistan Standard PS – 612/1967; British Standard BS –4027 – 1980 ; and American Standard ASTM C-150 TypeV
SRC is specially used in sea and coastal areas as it offers greater resistance to chemical attack from sulphate and dissolved salts and alkalies present in sea and saline waters. Moreover, greater area coverage is possible due to higher fineness and the dark colour represents purity/strength of the cement. It is manufactured from SR Clinker and Gypsum.
Portland Blast Furnace Slag Cement (PBFSC):
Complies with Pakistan Standard PS – 1631/1984; British Standard BS –146 – 1973 ; and American Standard ASTM C-150 TypeIV
PBFSC is used in coastal areas due to resistance to Sulphates and Alkalies. PBFSC is used in massive constructions like Dams/Canals due to its inherent quality of low heat of hydration and expansion factor. Furthermore, lighter colour of the cement ensures decorative use in paints and due to higher fineness greater area can be covered. PBFSC is manufactured from Portland Cement Clinker, Blast Furnace Slag and Gypsum.
Falcon Cement Quality:
The quality of Cement being manufactured and marketed under the brand name of Falcon Cement is of a high standard and surpasses benchmarks not only with Pakistan standards but also the British and American Standard specifications. Quality of Cement is controlled and strictly maintained at every stage from raw material crushing to cement grinding and packaging. Moreover, it comes as no surprise that ACPL has obtained the latest ISO 9001: 2000 certification from the prestigious Lloyds Register Quality Assurance in the year 2002.
